HIP is collaborating with the World Bank/WSP program in Ethiopia to Support At Scale Implementation of the National Hygiene & Sanitation Strategy through “Learning by Doing” in the Amhara Region. This document describes the purpose, timeframe and results from the first 16 months of implementation.
